Processing Time

All candles are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience while we craft your candles with care.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States, Latin America and Europe.

 

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damages & Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our candles, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to replace or refund your item as appropriate.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

International Shipping

 

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country.

 

Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.
